Exercise has been a cornerstone of my life for just about as far as I can remember back. The impact that physical fitness has on my life is why I chose to study the human body, and it’s many positive responses to physical activity. Having earned a B.S. Degree in Clinical Exercise Science from Grand Valley State University, and as someone experienced in exercise training for close to a decade, I consider myself a wealthy resource for others when it comes to physical fitness, personal training and health.  For me, human movement is a way to relax, to heal, to grow, and most importantly to have fun. The benefits of exercise are something that I believe everybody should enjoy as much as they can, and I love having the opportunity to help others truly discover what exercise can do.

Koko has the ability to work its way around any obstacles that stand in the way of fitness goals, and it can do so for anybody.
