I joined a 6 week challenge based on a FB ad. I thought I knew what I was getting, a coach, food suggestions and hopefully results. I received more, the staff is unbeatable, personable and friendly; you feel like you have known them for years. The workouts are effective and promising. The equipment is great, as it guides you through the exercise. After 6 weeks, I lost 11.5 lbs and 5% body fat. So glad I found this gym.

you need to check this place out, They are top notch and really work as hard as you will to help you reach your goals. I started the challenge with my wife just to see what it was about and cant get enough. Not only can we work out together we can reach our own goals while doing it. All trainers are like family and will take the extra time to show you the right way to do it. if you are looking for a place to go and be yourself and improve you,,,, then you have to stop in and just say HI.. Tell them Joe sent you to just say Hi and i promise you wont leave the same. Its truly one of a kind fool proof gym that will help you from start to finish..
