I developed a passion for fitness while playing football and studying exercise science at Davenport University. A series of injuries enc - ouraged me to learn more about the human body and how to prevent such injuries. I decided to further my education by becoming a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine with specializations in sports performance and youth exercise. My favorite type of exercise is any that can be done outside. Whether it’s paddle boarding, surfing or kayaking you can find me on the water all summer long. Although I no longer compete on the field I still enjoy challenging myself with obstacle runs. I love Koko because it provides members with individualized programs that make it easy to reach whatever goals you might have.
