Brenda started with Koko FitClub Grand Rapids back in 2015, she is down 30 lbs and 5% body fat currently. People ask me all the time if she is training for a bodybuilding show, I always laugh and say, "She's just a mom, who follows her diet, lifts weights and looks good!". When she started at Koko she had been running ~3 miles a day and was just fatigued all the time, even after getting 8 hours of sleep a night. Now she's just focusing on maintaining her weight and feeling good. Below is a picture I randomly found when I was looking through my library of pictures, not the best picture but you can tell she's made progress. Way to go Brenda!
