HEY CARMEN, WHY DID YOU CHOOSE KOKO FITCLUB?
Between the science and technology I couldn’t see why I would choose anywhere else to go. The customization is amazing. My first day I completed my “fit Check” to check my lean muscle mass vs fat mass. My body cringed when I heard the scale was going to check my weight, but to my surprise this scale didn’t tell me my weight! It told me my lean muscle mass, plus my eBMI. Ben, my certified FitCoach, explained to me that weight is not the most important factor, then gave me this example. “ I can go out and find 10 people that weigh 150 lbs, but they will all look different”. It's about how you feel, and how healthy you are. Not just on the outside, but on the inside as well.
HEY CARMEN, WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST KOKO EXPERIENCE LIKE?
I was put through a 15-minute cardio session that was audio and visually coached. After the session I was also informed that cardio sessions are no longer than 15 minutes, yet I burn twice the amount of calories! Next was my strength session. Each session is 30-minutes or less, up to three times a week. I took my baseline strength test to find out which program I should start in, and to find where my body was at.
Although the equipment and technology is amazing, the atmosphere and staff is even better. I have tried many other gyms and there is just no help. You walk in, the person at the front desk says hi, and then you’re basically on your own. There’s no personalization, and the attitude is not genuine or caring. At Koko FitClub the energy is electric! I now look forward to working out!!!
HEY CARMEN, WHAT WERE YOUR GOALS?
My first month's goal was to lose some weight, feel better, and simply be healthy. At the end of my first month I had lost 10 lbs, 9 inches overall, and I couldn’t be happier in the direction that I am going! My whole perspective has changed and I want to push myself harder and harder every time I go in for a workout. At Koko it truly is a FUN experience! The community is also amazing, ranging from ages 20 to 80 years old, with smiles on their faces! My next goal is to build some more lean muscle mass and keep that fat dropping!

The Koko "Q" Score is an easy and accurate way to track your Smartraining progress, and compare your individual strength and fitness level to others in Koko Nation. After every strength test, Koko automatically recalculates your personal "Q" Score by combining your strength test results and pace score with your profile and most recent FitCheck measurement. The chart below provides ranges to compare your score to others, but your real objective for "Q" Score is to attain a high level that you can maintain long-term.

Tracking your "Q" Score progress over time and comparing your score to others can be a great motivator. Set regular goals for yourself with this table or with your friends at your local Koko FitClub.
HOW CAN YOU IMPROVE YOUR Q SCORE?
The biggest drivers of your "Q" Score are your strength test scores (both weight level achieved and your pace score), and your eBMI measurements captured by Koko FitCheck. Make sure you prepare for each strength test with proper rest, hydration and nutrition beforehand. Be sure to do a dynamic warm-up before starting, and aim for 100% pace score. Also, since "Q" Score is a strength-to-weight calculation, as your FitCheck measurements improve, you will also see your "Q" Score improve.
WHAT SHOULD MY Q SCORE BE?
There is no one score. Everyone at Koko is unique, and every "Q" Score is individual. Keep in mind, your "Q" Score will change, grow, and naturally level out over time. That’s when you know you’ve reached your “Koko Zone”! Congratulations. Now your goal is to stay in your Zone, for life!
