I did Koko FitClub's six week transformation. It was a lot of hard work but the trainers really stuck with me. They adjusted my meal plan when the original wasn't working. They offered to extend my six weeks because of the adjustment however with their hard work and dedication as well as my own I was able to hit my goal in the original six weeks. The plan really works and had I not had to move out of Grand Rapids, I would have continued working out at their gym. Their plan also taught me how to make good life choices after the six weeks were over. I have been done for one week and I am still losing weight and body fat. Thanks so much you guys! You really made a difference! Definitely 5 stars! That option doesn't seem to be available tho
