I chose Koko because I wanted to be a part of a fitness company whose main goal is to improve EVERYONE'S fitness level and get people results. Whether it is losing fat or building muscle if you come in and follow the Koko Prescription, you will get the results you are looking for. Koko is the best option when it comes to including fitness into your life because you don't have to think about what machine to use, wonder whether or not the last person cleaned off the machine, or figure out what weight you should be lifting.  Although I am an experienced athlete and trainer who has been lifting weights for years, I have seen an enormous improvement in my body.  

Koko is my gym, and it is where I get to work for our members, and on myself.  I love that at my job, my results, and my health, are just as important to the members and staff as it is to me.  They care about me, they believe in my mission to help others, and they want to see myself and everyone that comes through the door succeed.
