Meet Gretchen!

Randall Wysong

Gretchen started with us back in 2015, she came in with a laundry list of former injuries and surgeries.  As a former nurse, Gretchen suffers from osteoarthritis everywhere. From 2011-2015 she used a walker and a cane due to complications with her total knee replacement.  Her biggest fear and excuse for not exercising in the past was that she didn't want to get hurt.

One day Gretchen just decided to stop in and see what Koko was all about, Gretchen says she isn't a "gym person" so she thought maybe a place like Koko FitClub would be for her. We started her out SLOW, REALLY REALLY SLOW and I (Lexie) changed exercises so they would work for her. Since she has started she is down 15lbs, 3% body fat and is 91% Stronger than when she started. Way to go Gretchen, we are so proud! Keep it up!
