It is human nature to shy away from what is hard, to give up when things get tough, and to quit on something that cannot be immediately achieved and gratifying.  But when it comes to your body, your health, how you look, how you feel, there is no quitting! You cannot simply give up! If you are 18 years old or 80, you still have the rest of your life to change what is into everything you want this life to be for you.  Don't let setbacks, doubt, and disbelief rob you from having the life that you want just because you don't have it right now. You are worth it! Having the life you want is worth it! For all of those people you love, your children, your spouse, your family and friends, your quality of life and health is worth it! If not now, when? When are you going to stop putting everyone else first and focus on improving yourself? When does your health and fitness become important to you? You must ask yourself, what am I waiting for? What is stopping me from being fit? How am I going to change it? And who will help me get there?

The most successful people I have ever met in fitness understand that they cannot go it alone. They don't rely on their own understanding, or put their faith in themselves and their own will power. Instead, they surround themselves with successful, knowledgeable, driven individuals that have come together with common goals on a mission.  If the strongest, fittest, most successful people enlist the help and support of others, why aren't you? The members here at Koko that have had tremendous success getting what they want out of their fitness routine, that are truly embracing and enjoying the life they envision for themselves, spend time with Fit Coaches and other members that are just as passionate as they are about making change. When you come into Koko FitClub, you will see members and staff encouraging each other, training together, talking about nutrition, building each other up. Those people that engage and join in on group conversations, workouts, and participate in motivating each other have lost the most weight, built the most muscle, and completely changed their lives.

Okay so you haven't been in the club in months, you completely fell off the wagon. That's life. It happens. Maybe you can only find time to workout once or twice a week, then get in the gym and start there. One workout a week will make a positive impact on your mood, your health, your life! Don't take your health for granted, and don't wait until you can motivate yourself. Let us staff and other motivated members help you. If you are one of those people that just hasn't made it a priority to work on yourself, to treat yourself better, and you have neglected to come in. Don't feel bad, or doubt yourself, or give up on your goals. Instead, come connect with us, get involved with us, and let us motivate and encourage you. Our lives are devoted to helping others reach their goals, that is why we exist, and that is why we have changed so many lives and they have ours. It takes a community of like minded driven individuals to accomplish something great, and we are all better for it. Koko FitClub is a haven for you to come plug in and be a part of a tremendous support system, take advantage of that resource.
