A Koko Success Story

Meet Ron Nelson. Ron's 44 years old and has been a Koko member for only 35 short days.
In those 35 days, Ron has seen his blood pressure drop by 10 points, and has shed 14 pounds! That, Ron, is outstanding!

Since Ron started 35 days ago, he has noticed an incredible increase in his daily energy levels. His cardiovascular endurance and heart health has improved immensely, and he has moved up from the beginner workouts to the advanced sessions.  His blood pressure has dropped 10 points and the workouts have protected him from needing the medication his doctor often prescribes!

His peak heart rate is 20 beats/minute lower now, and the Delta between his Peak and resting heart rates is now 30 beat/minute, indicating incredible improvements in his heart health and circulatory system.
